I’ve been writing on the web since 2001. Most of my blogging audience has followed me through my various jobs and writing endeavors over the past 11 years. Aside from various personal blogs I have maintained, I have been paid to write at Pajamas Media, where I wrote about politics and current events, True Slant (now part of Forbes), where I had a bi-weekly music column and This or That, where I wrote short pieces about sports, pop culture and news. In addition, I wrote about hockey and baseball at the group sports blog, American McCarver. I also maintain a twitter account where I have close to one million followers.
I am currently employed by both Forbes (music) and The Full Moxie (women’s issues) as a regular contributor.
